Overview: Recent breakthroughs in herbal medicine have led to the discovery of various monomeric compounds with promising immunosuppressive activities. These findings have sparked significant interest in the clinical application of natural products and herbal medicines. However, there is a pressing need to further explore their mechanisms of action and efficacy.

Objectives: This Special Issue aims to:

  1. Evaluate the Pharmacological Activity: Investigate both in vivo and in vitro the effects of natural products and herbal medicines on immunopathological conditions.
  2. Key Ingredient Identification: Focus on isolating and extracting compounds demonstrating efficacy against immunopathological effects.
  3. Clinical Intervention: Examine the use of secondary metabolites and herbal medicines in clinical settings.
  4. Toxicological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive safety evaluations of these secondary metabolites in the context of immunopathological effects.
  5. Evidence-Based Research: Encourage submissions that bolster our understanding with robust, evidence-based findings.

Keywords: Immunopathological Effects, Natural Products, Herbal Medicines, Phytochemicals, Evidence-Based Medicine
